In this fully featured course, I go through everything a Customizer or Administrator needs to know about configuring, customizing, building and supporting a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution.

As a 10-year veteran Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Ben has helped 1000’s of users and technical teams be the best they can be when using, implementing and supporting Microsoft Business Applications.
